1. Service. Dental Financial Planner ("the Service") is provided by Dentist Mastery Inc. on a subscription basis for use by dental practices in preparing treatment plans and financial presentations.
2. License. Subscribers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for internal practice purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, scrape, extract, or reverse-engineer the Service, its software, or the fee data it presents, in whole or in part.
3. Fee data. Suggested fee guide data is provided for reference. Fees are estimates; you are responsible for verifying fees against the official guides of your provincial dental association. [Confirm data licensing position with ODA/BCDA before launch.]
4. No professional advice. The Service does not provide dental, financial, or legal advice. Outputs are tools to support your own professional judgment.
5. Accounts & payment. One account per user. Subscriptions renew monthly via Stripe until cancelled. Trials convert per the posted terms.
6. Data. Your practice data is stored to provide the Service. [Add privacy policy reference / PIPEDA & BC PIPA compliance statement.]
7. Termination. Accounts violating these terms, including copying or redistribution of the Service or its data, may be suspended or terminated.
8. Liability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties; liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. [Lawyer to finalize.]
9. Governing law. [Province], Canada.
Leave a field blank to use the guide value. Changes apply only to your office and can be reset anytime.
The new guide will appear in the dropdown. You can then add fees to it using the "+ Add fee to guide" button.
Saves the current treatment plan procedures, payment options, and discount categories as a reusable template. Patient info is not included.
Add, rename, reorder, or remove categories. Templates keep their category name; removing a category moves its templates to General.
